Role: Account Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: £65K - £100K OTE

Ingenio is proud to be representing an amazing SaaS business who have created an award-winning healthcare solution that was built by other healthcare professionals. The solution is used primarily by the NHS as they look to help them to cut costs and increase productivity.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with customers within your account base
  • Negotiate renewal of contracts and expansions
  • Grow the revenue within the accounts via up and cross selling
  • Liaise closely with C Level stakeholders within the customer base
  • Ensuring that the account holders are getting full value from the SaaS solution
  • Advocate for customers to ensure they are getting full functionality from the platform
  • Drive change for customers via active monitoring of accounts

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 Years in an Account Manager role
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within SaaS
  • Experience in maintaining a large book of business
  • Proven experience of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel to account holders when needed
  • Excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills
