Role: Account Executive (SaaS $140k OTE)

Location: San Diego, California

Salary: $60-70k Base + Double OTE

 

Ingenio is proud to be representing one of the most exciting SaaS start-ups in the world right now! We are currently partnered with this San Diego HQ’d business that raised $100m Series C late last year and is looking to continue disrupting the market within its US team.

 

We are looking for an out-and-out hunter, someone who is not afraid to do their own prospecting although you will have support from marketing and SDRs. This team will be responsible for targeting businesses sized between 200-1000 and are free to target all over the US!

 

Our client pride themselves on the training and development of their teams and this would be a great move for either an overachieving SDR ready for the next move or someone who has had success in their first AE role looking to move to a company that offer fantastic growth and personal development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle simultaneously
  • Hunt and generate fresh leads to maintain a full sales pipeline
  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Build and prospect into a target account list.
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, and prospect touch-points.
  • Build and implement successful outbound campaigns.
  • Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Perform product demos using web tools to prospective customers.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of on-quota mid-market sales experience selling B2B software applications.
  • Track record of quota over-achievement
  • Proven track record managing the sales cycle to C Suite level
  • Provide timely and insightful input back to other internal teams, particularly product, customer success, and marketing.
  • A self-sufficient, strong internal sense of urgency, hard-working, and humble
