Role: Inside Sales Manager

Location: Dublin Hybrid

Salary: €65k-£70k Base + Double OTE


Ingenio is proud to be representing one of Ireland's fastest-growing tech companies as they continue to build out their sales functions. Offering a range of solutions across telecoms, networking, and IT services. The business has continued to grow over the last few years while also making multiple acquisitions, cementing its place as leaders in the space. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for building and growing a brand new team which is expected to be five to start.


As the Inside Sales Manager for this tech company, you will be responsible for managing a team, helping to coach and teach them to ensure they achieve their targets. The Inside Sales Manager's team will be responsible for selling to businesses that already use one or more of the company's services/products and developing new relationships with these clients to introduce them to the other offerings.


The Inside Sales Manager will need to come from a strong individual selling background but also have experience managing a team of five or more.



  • As the Inside Sales Manager, you will need to execute the business needs
  • Consistently drive the business to achieve excess quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training of new starters
  • Able to leverage data to ensure that SLA’s and KPI’s are hit daily
  • Working side by side with your team and coaching them on how to handle objections, identify new opportunities, and book demonstrations with prospects/Customers
  • Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team



  • Proficiency is Salesforce, Pardoe, and managing the sales process from end to end
  • Experience building outbound programs or executing OB strategies that involve multi-channel approaches tracked by input/output metrics
  • Experience in territory planning across multi-regions and business sectors
  • Able to leverage and build network across the whole organisation to grow revenue and sales knowledge in your team
  • Demonstrated people management experience of a sales team (min. 5 people)
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing management theories
  • Excellent abilities to manage at the ground level while able to zoom out and define and execute broader business initiatives
  • Ability to hire, onboard, ramp, and train new hires
