We’re working with a specialist consultancy that provides business process automation solutions to a range of companies in Ireland.


We have an opportunity for a Developer with IBM BPM experience  to join their Banking Division to work onsite at a Blue Chip Financial Services company.


You’ll get the chance to work on some complex automation projects with an experienced team, so plenty of scope to enhance your existing skills and experience to further your growth.


You’re an ideal candidate if you have the following:

  • At least 5+ years of overall IT experience

  • At least 3 years of experience of IBM BPM

  • At least 3 years of experience with process design definition, analysis, requirements refinement and implementation using IBM BPM technologies.

  • At least 3 years of experience with solution development following a formal/structured methodology

  • At least 2 years of application development experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS)

  • Experience in development of Coach Views and Coaches

  • At least 3 years of experience with web application development using JavaScript, Angular JS, Dojo, HTML, XSLT, CSS, Java

  • Experience with integration of REST/SOAP Services

  • Banking experience is preferred


These skills would be an added bonus: 

 

  • Familiarity with other technologies such as ECM, RPA, ODM, .Net.

  • Prior client facing experience in expert delivery capability – (e.g. process analysis incl. mapping of “as is”, and design of “to be” processes).

  • Familiarity with Chatbots, Virtual Agents

  • Good communication skills

  • Good understanding of generic business work.

  • Self-learning capability.
