Position: Chief Growth Officer (Head of Sales)
Salary: £150K basic + double OTE

Ingenio is delighted to partner with an industry leader & visionary in the Digital Cloud Space. Our client is a significant partner of Microsoft, and AWS, and works with UK Enterprise & Government businesses on complex transformation & management programs.
They are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Chief Growth Officer to join their dynamic and rapidly growing data engineering, data science, AI, and software engineering services business. You will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and sales strategy.
Business Development: Lead the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and customer engagements. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to expand the company's customer base.
Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, pricing optimization, and product/service bundling.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide technical expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet their needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of technical professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
What you'll need:
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base through successful business development strategies.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competition within the data engineering, data science, AI, and software engineering domains.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
