Position: Project Analyst

Role: Hybrid, 2-3 days at Manchester office

Salary: £30,000

 

Ingenio are currently partnered with a UK cloud provider that manage communications service company providing cloud, collaboration, and contact center solutions.

 

Our client is looking for a Project Analyst able to cover the following main responsabilities:

-Ensure that both strategic and tactical support is offered to the wider Project Management Office (PMO) function.

-Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

-Ensure project compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

-Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices within the project management team.

-Completion of project analyst tasks, and projects on time and within budget

-To provide a credible escalation point for customers, team members and to work alongside other managers and seniors in support of escalations.

-Experience within the following project methodologies/ qualifications – PRINCE, APM, Agile, Waterfall, ITIL

-Experience working with 3rd parties and external stakeholders

-Project management experience or task co-ordination experience

-Understanding of basic networking concepts and IT software principles (LAN, WAN, CCaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Licensing, Network connectivity)

 

Mandatory requirements:
