Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Dublin– Hybrid
Ingenio is delighted to be working with an exciting and award-winning Dublin-based SaaS company looking to build out its Customer Success team.
Our client has created a SaaS platform that allows for a scalable and collaborative way of performing and adjudicating online assessments.
What you will do:
- You will own a portfolio of key customer accounts and drive retention and business outcomes
- Develop and enact each customer's customised plan for onboarding, expansion, and renewal aims
- Advocate for customers to ensure they are getting full functionality from the platform
- Drive change for customers via active monitoring of accounts
Who are you?
- Minimum of 3 Years in a Customer Success Manager position
- 3 years’ experience with SaaS
- Experience in maintaining a large book of business
- Successful track record creating, implementing, and maintaining processes
- Passionate about giving the best and most helpful advice and guidance to customers
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills
