A leading provider in Digital Saas, this company has evolved from off-site document storage to offering innovative solutions in:

• Digital Solutions: SaaS based invoice automation software.
• Records Management Services: Document storage, scanning, imaging, and data processing.

Boasting over 1000 clients across the UK and Ireland, with a portfolio ranging from prominent banks, law firms, public sector organizations, and global brands. Our client is experiencing rapid growth, particularly in its digital division.

The role

As Scrum Master, you will be the driving force behind Agile excellence, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles while delivering high-quality products. You will facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, keeping the team focused and aligned. A key part of your role will be to identify and remove impediments, enabling smooth and efficient product delivery. You will work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with the business vision. By fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, you will empower teams to self-organise and thrive. Additionally, you will track and report on team progress, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organisation.

Your Role:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth product delivery
• Coach teams to achieve continuous improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to align on the product vision

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years working as a Certified Scrum Master preferably.
• Bsc in Computer Science or Equivalent
• Proven experience working with Agile at Scale (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
• Strong leadership, facilitation & problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar tools
• Fintech or accounts payable experience (a plus!)
