Job Title: CX Presales Consultant (Genesys Cloud CX) 
Start date: ASAP 
Type: Contract 
Duration: 6 months 
Location: Remote (UK / EU) 
Daily Rate: €500-550PD 

We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-scaling provider of enterprise communications and digital transformation services, currently delivering CX solutions to global enterprises and public sector organisations. 

They’re on the lookout for a CX Presales & PS Consultant / CX Solutions Architect to help deliver customer experience solutions that transform operations, drive adoption, and enhance performance — all centred around Genesys Cloud CX. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Support presales and sales teams with solution design, sizing, demos, and tender responses. 

  • Lead customer success initiatives: feature deep-dives, adoption strategies, and product workshops. 

  • Deliver technical implementations of Genesys Cloud CX — IVRs, call flows, and third-party integrations. 

  • Build and configure APIs and system integrations using JSON / REST. 

  • Troubleshoot and configure SIP, WebRTC, SMTP email routing, SSO/AD integrations, and more. 

  • Contribute to ongoing platform improvements and rollout of new features. 

  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally on client delivery. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 3+ years hands-on Genesys Cloud CX implementation experience (enterprise-level preferred). 

  • 5+ years working with contact centre solutions, including outbound dialling & WFM. 

  • Comfortable translating business needs into tech specs. 

  • Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud-first environments. 

  • Knowledge of SIP/WebRTC, Polycom hardware, SBCs, or AWS is a major plus. 

  • GCP certification and 3+ Genesys CX specialist exams ideal (or willing to certify quickly). 

  • Confident leading workshops and speaking with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
