Senior Implementation Manager

Our client is a global, high-growth software company operating at enterprise scale. They’re hiring a Senior Implementation Manager to lead post-sale delivery for some of their largest and most technically demanding customers.

Nothing here is plug-and-play.
That’s the point.

The opportunity

You’ll lead large-scale, highly customised software implementations for enterprise clients with complex technical environments.

This is a post-sale delivery role, sitting within Customer Success, where you’ll own implementations end-to-end — from kick-off through to go-live — working directly with senior customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams.

This hire is time-sensitive, but the impact is long-term.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading complex, enterprise-level software implementations
• Acting as the delivery and technical lead for strategic customers
• Partnering closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer teams
• Managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Working hands-on with API-driven integrations and custom solutions
• Translating business and technical requirements into real outcomes
• Improving implementation processes and documenting best practices
• Mentoring junior team members and raising the bar across the team

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise software implementations
• Strong technical background (Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, SQL
• Experience delivering custom or non-standard implementations
• Confident working with senior technical stakeholders (Director of Engineering level)
• Strong project delivery and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with ambiguity — you enjoy figuring things out when the solution doesn’t exist yet
• PMP or formal PM certification is a plus, not a requirement

Mindset matters more than logos.
Experience in SME or scale-up environments is highly valued.

What’s on offer

• €75,000 base salary (flexible up to €80,000 max)
• Full-time, permanent role
• Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Dublin office
• Normal business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5)
