Job: Sales Development Representative
Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in Sandyford (Tues, Weds, Thurs)
Salary: Up to €35k base + €15–20k commission (on target)

You’ve done a year in sales. You know what a cold call feels like. You know how to take a “no” and keep going. Now you’re ready to stop being “just another SDR” — and actually learn how to get good at this.
We’re hiring for a tech company that helps some of Ireland’s biggest businesses work smarter — whether that’s sorting out clunky systems, moving to the cloud, or untangling years of operational mess. They design and implement enterprise software, but let’s be clear — they’re not just selling platforms. They’re selling outcomes. And what separates them from every other services firm?
The people — just like in GAA, the kit doesn’t win the match. The players do.
They’re looking for an SDR who’s done the groundwork — and wants real coaching, not just a headset and a quota. You’ll be reporting directly to the Sales Director, not some distant manager. You’ll learn how to prospect properly, how to build relationships, and how to set up deals worth 6 figures and up.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to decision-makers in large Irish businesses.
- Booking qualified meetings for senior Account Execs.
- Researching accounts and tailoring your outreach — not relying on templates.
- Tracking performance in the CRM and reporting against KPIs.
- Working side-by-side with the Sales Director, learning how complex B2B sales is actually done.
You’ll fit if:
- You’ve got 1+ year of B2B sales experience (software, services, SaaS, etc.)
- You’ve hit targets and can show it — bonus points if your old manager would back you.
- You know how to write and speak like a human, not a sales robot.
- You’re competitive (but not cutthroat), coachable, and curious.
- You want to master the craft — not just clock in and out.
