Job Title Provisioning Co-Ordinator

Reports to Provisioning Team Leader

Working Hours Normal Business Hours (40 hrs per week)

ROLE PURPOSE.

Reporting directly to the Provisioning Team Leader, the Provisioning Project Co-Ordinator holds a pivotal role in

delivering Network Services (NS). The Provisioning Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for actively managing NS

orders, serving as the single point of contact for customers whilst co-ordinating carriers, other third parties,

internal engineering teams and triggering billing of these services. The role includes managing first line

escalations and working with the PMO when required. This position requires the ability to confidently and

effectively communicate information both internally and externally with a focus on building and maintaining

relationships to deliver excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers for NS order delivery, responsible for providing order

updates throughout the NS order journey, setting and managing customer expectations and building

customer relationships to deliver excellent customer service

• Work with carriers to raise carrier orders and drive delivery of NS orders to agreed customer and/or

internal schedules

• Work with internal project co-ordinator and engineering teams to manage technical elements of NS

deliveries, including triggering router builds, triggering configuration and internal testing of carrier services

on the core network and/or SBCaaS platform to generate customer handovers and booking engineering

resource as required

• Work with the billing team to communicate billing start dates for both carrier services invoicing Connect

and for NS services being invoiced to customers including any one off fees

• Manage first line escalations from customers as part of the wider provisioning team including raising

escalation up to line manager and beyond as per escalation process

• Raise first line escalations with carriers inline with escalation process

• Keep internal tools (WIP and provisioning workflows) up to date with order progress

• Document Management

• Foster honest trust-based relationships with customers and carriers

• Collaborate effectively with PMO when delivering NS orders as part of a wider complex solution

FORMAL EDUCATION & TRAINING.

• A minimum of A-level education, with a preference for a higher education qualification (degree or

equivalent)

KEY SKILLS & EXPIERENCE.

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple NS orders at different stages with different technologies,

keeping all associated records up to date

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-focused and business-oriented, able to independently plan and exercise judgment

• High degree of initiative, self-starting, resilient, persistent, and patient

• Understanding of the NS products (e.g. connectivity, SIP, number porting, inbound calling services, etc.)

and the provisioning process for them

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Product Engineer, AI & Internal Tooling to build the tools,

automations, and agentic AI applications that supercharge productivity across Kota.

This is the first hire on a brand-new team focused entirely on internal enablement -

giving you a unique opportunity to shape the function from scratch.

You’ll work across the stack and across the company - building retool dashboards,

building our tooling applications, internal APIs, low-code workflows (Zapier, n8n), and

most importantly, AI-powered internal agents using frameworks like Langchain,

Pydantic.

We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades builder with a product mindset & someone who

doesn’t wait for specs, but proactively spots bottlenecks, prototypes solutions, and ships

fast.

This is not a typical software engineering role. It’s a high-leverage, high-autonomy

position for someone who thinks like a founder and ships like a hacker.

What You’ll Do

• Build internal tools and automations across departments using a mix of code and

no-code.

• Design and deploy internal agentic apps powered by LLMs using Langchain or

similar frameworks.

• Create Retool dashboards, internal APIs, and one-off scripts that solve real

business problems.

• Collaborate with engineering, ben-ops, product, GTM, support and leadership to

understand pain points and ship solutions.

• Triage and clear the internal tooling backlog for our platform team in your first

60 days.

• Set up best practices and patterns for how internal tooling is built at Kota.

• Own your work from prototype to production, including performance,

monitoring, and scaling.

What We’re Looking for

• 6+ years of experience as a fullstack or generalist engineer using React &

Typescript or Python.

• Hands-on experience building agentic apps with tools like Langchain, LLMs,

RAG pipelines, or embedding models.

• Comfortable with Retool, Zapier, n8n, AWS Lambda, and similar tools.

• Strong product sense - you think in outcomes, not code; you love to ship fast.

• A “figure it out” mindset - self-directed, and excited to automate the boring stuff.

• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic and growing team. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Devops, Trello, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech or accounts payable domain.

• Familiarity with other Agile or Project Management methodologies (e.g., Kanban, PMI).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
