Position: Managed Service Engineer

Role: Hybrid/ Dublin

Salary: up to €60,000/€70,000

Our client is looking for a Managed Service Engineer that will be responsible for managing customers in the cybersecurity space, installing and maintaining hardware.

Responsibilities:

-Managing customer environment in the cybersecurity space

-Managing service at Level 3 in house infrastructure

-Install, maintenance/repair, upgrade/replace hardware

Mandatory requirements that we need to demonstrate so that you immediately interview:

Able to manage the Server hardware in:

-Installation

-Maintenance & repair

-Upgrade & replacement

-Storage

-NAS

-SAN

-Backup/recovery software & technology

-Disaster recovery & business continuity

-Able to manage the Network equipment (install, maintenance/repair, upgrade/replace) in:

-Switches

-Cabling

-Firewall

-Wireless access point

-Internet lines
