Position: IT Service Desk - On-Site Support Associate
Salary: €35,000 + Fuel Card and expense account
Ingenio are currently partnered with an well established company which is a Managed Service Provider in the areas of IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, Telecoms, AV and Cloud.
Our client is looking for a IT Service Desk - On-Site Support Associate who will act as a primary point of contact for our clients for infrastructure-based issues.
The ideal candidate is someone that troubleshoot incidents, provide suitable workarounds and/or solutions, fulfil IT service requests.
-Provide IT support and services for clients via our Hotline and ticket system.
-Participate on our Knowledge Management process by flagging missing or incorrect content.
-Adhere to agreed SLAs.
-Highlight all potential major incidents and problems to the responsible service teams and problem managers.
-Assist senior engineers with Cyber security roadmap projects.
-At least 1 year experience in IT support environment
-Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, IOS, Server)
-Proficiency with PC’s, Laptops, Networking, Windows Server, MS Office inc. 365 Suites
-Excellent customer focus & English communication skills (oral and written)
-3rd Level Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related discipline
-Having an irish driving licence /car
