We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Client Manager to join our sales team.

What you'll do:

• Own and grow strategic client relationships to maximise long-term value
• Manage full sales lifecycle: pipeline, proposals, forecasting, and closing
• Lead commercial negotiations and deliver insight-led client engagements
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and tech teams to shape solutions
• Use Salesforce and market intel to drive accurate forecasting and planning

What you are:

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in B2B tech
• Familiarity with CX platforms, cloud solutions, or digital transformation
• Skilled in solution/consultative selling with enterprise-level clients
