At Ingenio, we’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS company on a really exciting journey — and they’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager to help scale their next phase of growth, following a recent repositioning and ICP refinement.

🎯 What you’ll be doing

• Owning and driving pipeline growth (your north star)
• Improving funnel performance from lead → deal
• Managing and scaling a content engine (SEO, AEO, distribution)
• Testing and launching new channels (paid, partnerships, referrals)
• Turning experiments into repeatable, scalable growth plays
• Partnering closely with Sales on pipeline, targeting & enablement
• Optimising the website for conversion (traffic → demo)
• Working in a lean team, owning execution end-to-end

✅ What they’re looking for

• 3–6 years in B2B SaaS demand gen / growth marketing
• Proven ability to drive pipeline (not just leads)
• Experience across multiple channels (content, paid, SEO, etc.)
• A self-starter who brings ideas and executes fast
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on revenue impact
