This is not a “traditional” CSM role.
This is a strategic, revenue-driving position where you’ll partner with some of the world’s most recognisable enterprise brands, helping them scale securely, reduce fraud, and navigate the evolving digital landscape.
You’ll own a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, lead executive-level conversations, uncover growth opportunities, and become a trusted advisor across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. From expansion opportunities to strategic roadmap discussions, you’ll sit at the centre of commercial success and long-term customer impact.

What they're looking for:
- Enterprise Customer Success Management experience
- Industry experience in fintech, payments, regtech, or compliance
- Exposure to KYC/KYB, identity, or fraud solutions
