Title: Commercial Account Manager
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week)
Budget: Up to $100k basic + double OTE on-target
Target/Quota: €2M annual revenue in year one

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving revenue through retention and service expansion, while building strong, long-term relationships and solving client challenges in Managed Legal Services (MLS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and retain enterprise client accounts, expanding services where opportunities arise.
- Partner with Legal Directors to identify client challenges and recommend solutions.
- Lead contract renewals and expansions with senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with GCs and legal operations leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client objectives and maintain a clear pipeline.
Must-Haves:
- 7+ years in account management, client success, or strategic roles in legal or professional services.
- Proven track record managing high-value accounts and growing revenue.
- Experienced in complex negotiations and working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial instincts, and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communicator and trusted advisor, skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferably from a competitor ALSP or legal tech environment.
