Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company building web and mobile products used worldwide for organising, engagement, and field operations. They’re small, sharp, and engineering-led — shipping fast, solving real problems, and working in a genuinely collaborative environment.
They’re now adding a fourth A-player Full-Stack Developer to their tight 3-person engineering team. If you want real ownership, influence over architecture, and the chance to shape a product used at global scale — not just churn through tickets — this is your role.
Core Engineering Responsibilities
- Deliver major features end-to-end on the core web platform — backend, API, and front-end integration.
- Design and build scalable server-side logic with high reliability and performance.
- Own relational database work: schema design, optimisation, and complex SQL queries.
- Collaborate deeply with the engineering team on architecture, code reviews, deployments, and shared technical decisions.
- Help burn down a growing backlog of features, improvements, and refactors on the main web application.
- Over time, contribute to a new Kotlin/Compose Multiplatform mobile app (single codebase for iOS + Android).
- Join roadmap, refinement, and cross-functional discussions with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
What You Need
- Strong full-stack or backend-leaning engineering experience.
- Deep capability in a server-side language — PHP preferred (Java or similar fine if you transition quickly).
- Proven experience building and shipping scalable web apps and APIs.
- Strong SQL skills (MySQL ideal).
- Good JavaScript knowledge and comfortable plugging into front-end logic.
- Confident working in Linux/server environments and debugging across the stack.
- Bonus: Kotlin, Android/iOS, or Compose Multiplatform experience.
Compensation & Package
- Salary up to €85K
- Remote
