Title: Demand Generation Specialist

Location: Hybrid – based in Munster

Package: €85K base + bonus + benefits

Reports to: CEO

Ingenio is partnering with a fast-growing Irish-based AI software company.

They’re looking to hire a Demand Generation Specialist to take full ownership of qualified lead and pipeline generation.

What you'll do:

• Drive qualified pipeline and lead generation through multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, SEO, social, webinars, partnerships).
• Define buyer personas and ICPs using data, and align messaging across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Manage external resources (designers, content creators, media specialists) to support campaign delivery.
• Track and optimize campaign performance using marketing automation, analytics tools, and CRM.

Who you are:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a Demand Generation/Lead Gen role within a Tech/Software/Tech Services business
• Must have run campaigns from ideation through scoping through activity through reporting and give specific examples of these campaigns & their outcomes from a pipeline perspective
