As demand continues to grow across international markets, they're looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to take ownership of complex client implementations and play a key role in customer success.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll lead implementations end-to-end, working closely with customers, internal product teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading SaaS implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and post-launch support
• Running requirements gathering workshops and translating business needs into practical solutions
• Configuring and deploying software solutions aligned to customer objectives
• Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Troubleshooting implementation challenges and driving resolution with internal teams
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure successful delivery
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and helping customers maximise platform adoption

Mandatory Requirements:

1. End-to-End SaaS Implementation Experience
2. Hands-on experience working with software configurations, workflows, integrations, data mapping, and technical troubleshooting. Exposure to technologies such as SQL, JSON, XML, CSV, APIs, ERP systems, finance platforms, or workflow automation solutions is highly desirable.
3. Strong sense of ownership, able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver implementation projects independently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum five years’ experience in implementation consulting or solution deli
