Help Enterprise Customers Solve Complex Identity & Fraud Challenges!

 

Do you enjoy being the technical expert in enterprise sales conversations?

We're looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. From discovery workshops and solution design through to demonstrations and Proof of Concepts, you'll act as the trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers solve identity, fraud and compliance challenges.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise discovery workshops, product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Design technical solutions aligned to customer requirements.
  • Act as the technical lead throughout the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success and Service Delivery teams.
  • Advise customers on APIs, integrations, identity verification, fraud and AML/KYC solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering or Technical Pre-Sales.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise customers through discovery, demonstrations and PoCs.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth and system integrations.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience within Identity, FinTech, RegTech, Fraud, AML/KYC, or a related Financial Services, Insurance or Consulting environment.
