Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex sales cycles with enterprise clients across international markets.

Ideal Profile:

• Deep understanding of Conversational, Generative, and Agentic AI, as well as automation frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing £500K–£1M+ ACV deals.
• Confident engaging and negotiating with senior decision-makers across regions.
• Experience collaborating closely with technical pre-sales and delivery teams.

The Account Director will be responsible for the strategic development and long-term retention of two high-value global client accounts. This role holds critical strategic importance and carries a £2m GP quota per year. Acting as the executive sponsor and primary commercial lead, the Client Director will own the end-to-end international sales strategy and execution for the accounts. Success will be measured through quota achievement, account expansion, client satisfaction, and the ability to deliver transformation through consultative, insight-led selling.

You MUST have:

• Extensive B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 10 years managing major strategic accounts - you'll be managing no more than 5 clients in your role today
