Ingenio is partnering with a high-growth SaaS company to hire an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive outbound growth across the US and UK markets.

The Opportunity

As an SDR/BDR, you'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll play a critical role in building pipeline and supporting the company's continued international growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage target prospects across the US and UK markets
  • Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Research accounts and uncover key decision-makers
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outbound initiatives and campaigns
  • Consistently achieve activity and opportunity-generation targets

 

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an SDR, BDR or Sales Development role
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience working in a SaaS or software sales environment
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

 

Desirable

  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations
  • Exposure to US and/or UK markets
  • Ambition to progress into an Account Executive role
