Ingenio is partnering with a high-growth SaaS company to hire an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive outbound growth across the US and UK markets.

The Opportunity
As an SDR/BDR, you'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll play a critical role in building pipeline and supporting the company's continued international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target prospects across the US and UK markets
- Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns
- Research accounts and uncover key decision-makers
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Collaborate with Marketing on outbound initiatives and campaigns
- Consistently achieve activity and opportunity-generation targets
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an SDR, BDR or Sales Development role
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Experience working in a SaaS or software sales environment
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Desirable
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations
- Exposure to US and/or UK markets
- Ambition to progress into an Account Executive role

- €60,000 base salary
- €40,000 OTE commission structure
