Position: Junior Business Analyst
Role: Hybrid/ Manchester
Salary: £25,000
Ingenio are currently partnered with a a fast-growing information management company with two main service offerings – SaaS based Invoice Automation Solutions and records management services.
Our client is looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will work with customers to understand and document their requirements and will assist the implementation engineer to ensure that the functionality is delivered correctly.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
-Analysing call Centre performance reports detailing historical statistics to enable call center management to operate effectively.
-Completing scheduling / use of Workforce Management to ensure all areas deliver a consistent level of performance through short term forecasts and schedules.
-Completing accurate manpower planning/forecasting models ensuring that the business has a comprehensive understanding of demand
-Providing analysis, support and reporting to the operations manager of utilisation of workforce management activity in conjunction with strategic direction for Contact Centre
-Aid in the completion of business requirements gathering (“as is” versus “to be”)
-Attend on-site to gather customer requirements.
-Aid in the delivery of process flow diagrams
-Participate in user training workshops, and in-time lead workshops.
-Developing templates for gathering business requirements
-Coordinate project activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed of project progress.
-Ensure project compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
-Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices with regards to requirements gathering with the wider PMO.
-Aid in the go-live of projects, with the potential for on site attendance, early life support, or floor walking on the day of system go-live.
Mandatory requirements:
-1-3 years experience in business requirements gathering
-1-3 years experience in training workshops, and in-time lead workshops
-1-3 years experience in data analysis and identifying trends
