Role: Account Manager

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week at Sandyford Office ( Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary: Up to €55k basic with an additional €15k on target & benefits (health insurance & pension)

Their expertise helps businesses enhance efficiency, optimize operations, and maintain a competitive edge in today's dynamic environment.

Our client is looking for a dynamic Account Manager with a proven track record to drive their business growth.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with designated accounts to identify opportunities and oversee recurring revenue streams.

• Create new opportunities within current accounts and from pre-qualified leads.

• Partner with the Operations Team to oversee and ensure client SLAs are met effectively.

• Prepare proposals and generate sales quotations. Provide consistent reporting on sales activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Connectwise)

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of three years' experience in account management within a B2B technology sales environment.

• Must have been an Account Manager (looking after existing clients, having a financial target) in a tech/software/services business

• Must have experience managing a target/quota

• Must be in Dublin and ok to go to the office three days per week

• Must have experience/desire to work in a small sized business
