Ingenio is proud to partner with a global B2B technology company entering its next growth phase in EMEA. Our client is seeking a sales leader who can take full ownership of the region and scale it properly.
This is about building a high-performing regional sales engine from the ground up.
The challenge:
You’ll turn EMEA into a true regional engine — deciding where to invest, which markets matter, and how to scale enterprise and mid-market sales across Europe.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership and influence regional strategy, headcount, and go-to-market decisions.
What you’ll own:
- Full leadership of EMEA sales (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SDR)
- ~8 direct reports today, scaling to 10–12+
- €7M+ team quota (acquisition + expansion)
- Coaching enterprise sellers carrying €2–3M quotas
- Hiring, developing, and upgrading senior sales talent
- Key customer relationships and regional execution
This role is strategic, visible, and outward-facing.
Who this is for:
You’ve built regions before, not just run them.
- Senior sales leader with multi-country EMEA experience
- Led enterprise teams selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
- Comfortable in compliance-driven environments (KYC, KYB, fraud, fintech, regtech, or adjacent)
- Strong commercial storyteller who can sell value, not features
- Industry experience is preferred, not mandatory.
- Leadership maturity and judgement matter more.
The offer:
- Base: up to €200k
- OTE: 50/50 split with meaningful upside
- Remote-first across EMEA
