Are you a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator looking to join a fast-paced and innovative company? Our client, a leading provider of secure and critical infrastructure solutions, is looking for a Project Coordinator (PC) to support the successful delivery of high-impact projects.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing both customer-facing and internal delivery projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. You will work closely with technical teams, sales, finance, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with commercial governance.

This is a hybrid role based in Manchester, with three days in the office and two remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation, including Scope of Works, Risk Logs, and Project Plans
  • Coordinate testing, migrations, and service transitions
  • Oversee scheduling, resource management, and reporting
  • Host and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in project coordination or management, ideally within IT or technology
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, or APM methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding of networking, cloud solutions, and IT software principles (LAN, WAN, CCaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Licensing, etc.)
  • Experience gathering both technical and non-technical requirements
