If you’ve spent the last couple of years managing data circuit orders, number porting, and carrier escalations — and want more ownership — this could be for you.

Salary: £30,000

2 Stage interview process

🧩 What you’ll do:

• Manage provisioning of fibre/ethernet services
• Order and chase delivery from carriers (BT, Vodafone, Colt, etc.)
• Coordinate internal engineers for builds, configs & handovers
• Own number porting
• Handle first-line escalations
• Keep customers informed and billing triggered

✅ What you need:

• 2+ years in provisioning/admin
• Experience ordering data circuits with UK carriers
• Solid number porting knowledge
• Strong Excel skills
• Confident phone manner
• Degree-qualified and commutable to South London
