Position: Project & Provisioning Co-ordinator Network Services

Role: Hybrid/ Manchester

Salary: £25,000

Ingenio are currently partnered with a a fast-growing information management company with two main service offerings – SaaS based Invoice Automation Solutions and records management services.

Our client is looking for a Project & Provisioning Co-ordinator Network Services with 1-3 years experience in the Network space.

The right person will report to the Project Coordinator and will ensure that both strategic and tactical support is offered to the wider Project Management Office function.

Responsabilities:

-Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

-Coordinate project activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed of project progress.

-Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and budget to identify and resolve any potential issues.

-Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement of project materials.

Mandatory requirements:

-Having 1-3 years experience in managing workflow

-Having 1-3 years experience in managing telecoms providers

-Having 1-3 years experience in managing porting and provisioning
