Position: Junior Project Manager

Role: Hybrid/ Manchester

Salary: £30,000

 

Ingenio are currently partnered with a a fast-growing information management company with two main service offerings – SaaS based Invoice Automation Solutions and records management services.

 

Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager who will will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail will be critical in achieving project success.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and accountability among team members.

· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

· Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular quality assessments.

· Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing client concerns.

· Timeline Adherence: Ensure projects are completed on time by tracking project milestones and taking corrective actions when necessary.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and consensus-building.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the project management team.

· Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders as required.

 

Mandatory requirements:

 

-up to 3 years experience in deliverying projects

-experience in working between project team members, clients, and vendors

-better to have experience in the networking industry
