Ingenio are delighted to be working with one of the most established insurance companies.

 

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst Contract who will lead and/or complete the elicitation of business requirements and the translation into solution requirements to ensure their implementation throughout the project life cycle.

This role may involve the co-ordination of work of other Business Analysts on project to deliver the required deliverable while completing Analyst work.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· The Senior Business Analyst describes as-is/to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process.

· Able to adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, Jira).

· Plan, conduct facilitate elicitation onsite and virtual sessions and ensure production of associated deliverables.

· Understand customers' and/or Brokers’ objectives, processes and products in order to make recommendations.

· The Project Lead Business Analyst supports project managers and Scrum master including the day-to-day activities, risk assessment, project/Sprint scope and development of a high-level/sprint plan.

· Produce requirement specifications (Epics and User Stories) on Jira and outline solution design documents (where required) throughout the project life cycle, incorporating change requests and finalization of requirements documentation.

· Plan and follow-up on business analyst activities for the project/program.

· Analyse and manage requirement risk, trace ability matrix and prioritize requirements.

· Support development of test plan, testing, implementation and training activities, and perform quality review checks on solution.

· Support post implementation activities including problem solving and measurement of benefits.

 

Mandatory requirements:

 

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 8 or more years of experience in related field
• JIRA Experience (User Story requirements)

• General Insurance experience important
• Migration project experience preferred
• Operational Excellence preferred
• Documentation Generation Experience Preferred
• Salesforce experience
