Title - Director of Service Delivery

Location - Hybrid/London office 2 days per week

Budget - £140k basic salary, bonus & benefits

Reporting to - Executive Leadership Team

Ingenio is delighted to be working exclusively with one of the UK's leading Cloud Services business, who are PE backed, £320m revenue in FY23 and employ 1200 people across UK, Europe & APAC.

They are hiring for a Director of Service Delivery - this role will assume responsibility for a £100m ARR number and will take responsibility for a team that has approx 40 SDM, CSM & admin resources and growing both by 10-15% this year. The critical piece here is that you have experience managing a team & business that SELLS Cloud Services/Solutions/Environments to enterprise customers.

Mandatory requirements are as follows:

1) You must have run a Service Delivery or Customer Success team, and specifically have had responsibility for its revenue/P&L number.

2) You must know Cloud - specifically you need to have worked in a Systems Integration/Service Provider/Consulting business selling, delivering & supporting Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) to enterprise customers

3) This is a commercial role - you must have the experience running teams that were responsible for contract renewal, profitability management & cross/upsell into enterprise customers
