Title: Business Development Director
Location: Hybrid – NYC office (2–3 days per week)
Budget: Up to $220k basic + double OTE on-target
Target/Quota: €2M annual revenue in year one

As Business Development Director, you’ll drive growth in North America by leading end-to-end sales for e-discovery, DSAR, and contracting solutions, positioning the company as a key partner for legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth in North America, with a focus on e-discovery, DSAR, and contracting solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and deal closure.
- Build and manage relationships with senior legal executives (General Counsels, Heads of Legal).
- Deliver high-impact presentations, positioning managed legal services as essential solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, manage a strong pipeline, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Must have's:
- Proven track record in ALSP or legal tech sales — 7+ years of success closing high-value, complex deals.
- Strong relationships with senior legal executives — especially General Counsels and Heads of Legal.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles — independently driving the process from first outreach to contract closure.
