At Ingenio, we’re hiring an experienced Account Executive for a fast-growing Irish SaaS company (30% YoY) already winning in the US and now need someone on the East Coast to own that growth.

The role:
- You prospect, run demos, and close
- You handle complex, mid-market and enterprise deals
- You build pipeline and convert it
- You carry a real number — and hit it

You’ll stand out if you:
- Live and breathe sales — you genuinely care about getting better
- Constantly evolve how you sell (not stuck in “what worked before”)
- Have stayed long enough in roles to prove success

You must have
- $750K+ ARR/TCV closed annually as a true IC
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS / software sales
- Full-cycle ownership (not just parts of the deal)
- Strong demo skills — you run your own process
- Based on the East Coast, US
