Basic Salary - up to £75k basic, double OTE & benefits

Since launching in 2018, has developed a suite of patented products that leverage decades of research into the effects of sound on the brain, prioritising focus, productivity, and wellness for all.
Responsibilities:
● Create and drive revenue in the UK and across EMEA within the call centre market
● Generate business opportunities through professional networking and self generation
● Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
● Travel to prospects, clients and industry events where the role requires it
● Build a 3x pipeline coverage of your target within 3-6 months
● Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
● Own and help develop the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
● Work collaboratively with channel and ISV partners to identify and execute on opportunities
● Accurate and timely updates to our CRM (Hubspot) and accuracy in forecasting
● Anticipates clients’ needs, investigates the underlying causes and identifies short and long-term solutions, working closely with our solution engineering team
● Nurture existing clients, identify potential upsell or risk, execute the land & expand approach
Must Haves:
● A proven sales hunter and closer, including self generated opportunities, proof points a necessity
● 5 years minimum software sales experience with enterprise clients ( 100% Business Sales )
● Strong preference for experience in selling software (cloud-based preferably) within the Digital & Customer Experience domain (Contact Centre, Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Telephony, CRM solutions)
● Proven track record of sales excellence & customer focus, including the stages beyond the sale
● Self starter and able to understand and quickly react to changing priorities
● Experience of working within the startup environment, or the clear demonstration that you have what it takes to succeed in such an environment, this is crucial to success in this role and company
● Experience selling at the "C" level and building a mutual action plan that benefits the client
